NordicScreen has no access to passwords in the system. However, you can always reset your password if you need to. eg. if you forget the password or when a new user creates their password for the first time.
- Open app.q-play.net in a browser.
- Click on the small text below the loginform: Forgot password?.
- Enter the email from the new user and press the Reset Password button.
- You will receive a email with a reset link. The link will send you to a page with a reset user form.
- Enter your new password in the form, confirm the password and complete with the Save changes button.
- Now follow the link to the Login page and log in with your email and the new password.
